Shipping Time
Our turn around time varies. We can have somethings crafted and ready to ship well w/in 2 weeks from time or order, while others can take 4-6 weeks. It all varies on the design, what supplies are in stock, and if any custom pieces are needed, and the holiday schedules.
Please understand while we are a small family run business, the majority of every single collar passes through my hands (Xavi) personally and is crafted one at a time. I have been making each and every single collar by my own hands one at a time. Only recently have I taken on an apprentice that helps with strap cutting and hardware assembly from time to time.
Shipping Destination
We can ship our custom dog collars and other gear to most address across the world. With that in mind please understand our products are being shipped from TEXAS, USA and allow for the appropriate shipping time. Please also be aware we cannot be responsible for any mishandling of the postal services once the items are in their care.
Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
