Now this collar screams 'I MEAN BUSINESS!' Which is exactly the reason we named this the DILLINGER DOG COLLAR after the notorious John Dillinger himself. Don't ask us why exactly it came to be but during the creation of this design the only name that kept popping into our lead designer's twisted thinking brain was DILLINGER! DILLINGER! DILLINGER! So there ya go folks, she dubbed it The DILLINGER DOG COLLAR. Oh yes, & in case your wondering that is our very own Bully Mart resident Lady Rumba the French Bulldog rocking her very own DILLINGER DOG COLLAR.
