RETURNS: Please note all custom named & designed orders are non-refundable. Make sure you double and triple check your dog's neck size prior to ordering. Non-custom orders will incur a 25% restocking fee upon return. Items must be in brand new unused/unworn condition in order for refund to be processed. All shipping charges are non-refundable and to be paid by the customer.


PRODUCTS: Dyed & Stained Items - Please note as with most dyed and stained leather, it may have a tendency to bleed. We have updated our dying and staining techniques as well as our sealing methods to help prevent this from happening however it is not fool proof. We now also DO NOT dye or stain the backs of our Veg Tanned leather to help any color transfer to your pets neck. Please also note our Latigo and Black Veg Tanned leather arrive to us pretreated and are colored all the way through. We do seal the backs now prior to shipping out however again this does not make it 100% sealed. We do our best to ensure you receive a quality product that will last and hold up to the wear and tear of your pup. It is best to keep any dyed/stained collars out of water to prevent any further bleeding.


FINAL NOTE: You the customer are responsible for determining the proper use of these products for each situation and accept all responsibility when purchasing and utilizing our products featured on our website.
